Our 2024 coffee chats are highly focused on telling the stories of our founders here in our region. Entrepreneurs are the lifeblood of our organization and we are only as successful as they are. “We founded Yellowhammer Coffee in 2016 with a crazy mission: the culture of our company should be just as important as the coffee. We wanted to build a place where people can thrive, have plenty of opportunities for growth, build a future with us, and throw a party every day. We think a healthy culture wins every time. It’s not easy, but it is completely worth it. Don’t get us wrong, the coffee is great too! We obsess over the details, and our coffee roaster is a Q Grader and national award-winning master who’s been in the game for over 25 years. Their roasting, together with our recipes, team culture, and attention to detail have made a perfect match. We think you’re going to love it.”
