Welcome session, introductions, and program orientation (1 hour).
Help participants set specific goals they want to achieve during the program (1 hour one-on-one).
Week 2: Problem Definition
Workshop on problem identification and validation techniques (1 hour).
Assist participants in conducting customer discovery interviews and market research (1 hour one-on-one).
Week 3: ICPs and Building Empathy for the User
Workshop on building out Idealized Customer Personas and how to ensure that you have empathy for the user.
Assist participants with understanding design thinking techniques to better understand their customer.
Week 4: Customer Discovery and Validation
Workshop on customer discovery validation techniques (1 hour).
Assist participants in conducting customer discovery interviews and market research (1 hour one-on-one).
Week 5: Product Development and Iteration
Workshop on lean startup methodologies and rapid prototyping (1 hour).
Guide participants in developing a minimum viable product (MVP) or prototype (1 hour one-on-one).
Week 6: Go-to-Market Strategy
Workshop on go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition (1 hour).
Provide mentorship on pricing, distribution channels, and marketing (1 hour one-on-one).
Week 7: Operations and Scaling
Workshop on operational processes and team building (1 hour).
Offer 1-hour one-on-one sessions for tailored advice on scaling challenges.
Week 8: Funding and Financials
Workshop on funding options and financial planning (1 hour).

Graduation ceremony to celebrate participants’ achievements (1 hour).
